- Perform daily check-in and check-out for the guests - Provide general information about hotel, services and transportation related requests - Handle with reservation procedures via e-mail, telephone and in person - Oversee and direct all of the daily activities at the front desk. - Work with other departments to assure that reservation and guests? room are handled smoothly

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Demonstrate ability to work effectively as a part of a team - Familiarity and experience with or general knowledge of in front office tasks - Ability to work a variable schedule on occasion, including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends - Ability to learn and apply a variety of policies and procedures - Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment
