The ideal candidate should possess at least university degree in related field with at least five-year experience in managing Thai and International culinary from a well-established and reputable service institution. He/she should also have solid knowledge of principle and practices in aspects of business administration, operations and services management, and project management, including excellent communication skills, good command of English, and strong leadership and proactive manner.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is required to support the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of all food and beverage operations and services held in the Club with multiple kitchen locations, with multiple outlets, and with around 150 staff in keeping with the standards prescribed by the Club and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager?s duties include the food and beverage sales and revenue forecast and budgeting, creation of food items, menu planning and prizing, driving and improving quality control and cost reduction, driving continuous operating effectiveness improvement, overseeing high level of cleanliness and safety, developing knowledge and skills of kitchen and service staff, and dealing with customer complaints.
In addition, he/she also is responsible for providing recommendations for review and/or reform of procedures and establishment of new policies to ensure the smooth operations and services and the continuous improvement and to cope with long-term strategic changes of the Food and Beverage.
