- Education Graduates bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel and management or other related field
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
-Experience Minimum of three years of experience in similar position. Should be familiar with basic computer skills and previous experience in using Hotel management software- s, Telephone Switch board.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

รายละเอียดงาน
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for assisting Senior Management in the overall day to day operations of the hotel.
During their duty the Duty Manager is expected to lead as an example in terms of
appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism. Their main role is to ensure the proper work of the operations in the following sections: Front Desk and Bell Service.
The Duty Manager will extend his responsibility to the entire Front Office Operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. The DM will act as Assistant Front Office Manager during the absence of the Assistant Front Office Manager.
The Duty Manager will be available at the Hotel 24 hours a day.
