- Thai Nationality only
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Catering/Event.
- Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation.
- Excellent understanding of the hotel and catering industry.
- Knowledge of Food&Beverage
- Through knowledge of banquet procedures&System.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Self-motivated, proactive, innovative, creative and service-mind.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.

รายละเอียดงาน
- Provides supervision in the areas of Catering segment in there Corporate Meeting&Party.
-Identifies and develops events to promote and develop the event and Catering sales revenue achieving the annual sales target.
- effectively manages all event and conference services and activities of the hotel, from booking events to their execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintain departmental budget and forecasts, operates within set parameters, ensures effective cost control.
- Solicits new and exiting accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls,site inspections and written communication.
- Coordinates with MARCOM in planing, resourcing an execution of event activities and the effective marketing of event;
- Serves as the representative for the hotel on and contracts with conference partner, vendors and event services employees.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of market trends, completion and customers.
- Recommends strategic direction for future conferences and events.
- Monitors performance of conferences ans events affiliated with the hotel.
- Report event activities and results to hotel management team and where necessary develop reporting mechanisms and metrics.
- Works with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers.
- Ensures each staff is a good sales person to promote hotel"s image and businesses at all times.
