SPECIAL SKILLS:
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient with computers and Front Desk Anywhere system.
Good command of English, spoken and written, able to speak other language will be an advantage.
Able to socialize and communicate with people at all levels. Multitasking
Hostel experience in related field will be an advantage.

To make sure that the rooms are ready and right category is assigned upon arrival to handle all check in as per hotel standard and procedure. To greet all guest with a smile and ensure efficient check in for all guests. To follow the instruction given by Guest Services Supervisor / Hotel Manager. To ensure maximum guest service satisfaction and adhering to standards established by the hotel.
