? 5+ years of audit experience, including 2+ years of supervisory overall combined accounting and finance experience. Controller or equivalent experience highly desirable.
? Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including overheads and payroll.
? Experience in forecasting and budgeting.
? Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
? Managing all financial and accounting operations for group companies.
? Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting, support month-end and year-end close processes
? Coordinating and directing the preparation of financial forecasts and report variances
? Preparing timely monthly financial statements, responsible for maintaining accurate books and also group companies
? Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements
? Prepare monthly reporting package, including management reports and variance explanations
? Assist the Finance Director in preparing the annual corporate budgets.
? Manage the work and development of staff member
? Research technical accounting and tax issues for compliance
? Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
? Manage and comply with local accounting, government reporting requirements and tax filings
? Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
? Additional controller duties as necessary
? Special projects as required
