- Understand and operate the Hostel's Property Management System.
- Possess a working knowledge of reservation procedures.
- Know room locations, types of available rooms, room rates, and other property services.
- Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Process credit card payments and handle cash transactions.
- Perform front office maintenance duties, such as desk cleanliness and office stationery replenishment.
- Offer personalized service to each guest.
- Handle guest complaints with interest, concern, and empathy.
- Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department.
- Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures and accident prevention policies.
- Learn how to craft various drinks, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, etc.
- Manage cafe setup and service operations, including food and beverage service.

- are service-minded and have problem solving/computer skills
- are fluent in English and Thai. Additional languages i.e. Chinese, Photoshop, Illustrator, barista skill, and bartending skill are a plus.
- are able to work in shifts
