Position: Resident Manager/General Manager
Salary Range: Negotiation
Job Description:
1. To oversee, manage, monitor, follow up the highly quality and standard of hospitality to meet customer experiences.
2. Take full accountability to drive operational strategy, plans and process through people capability, and also to reasonable and polite respond to customer- s complaints
3. Develop and coach team- s behavior in accordance with hotel standard, SHA etc. to ensure high quality of operational process be always maintained.
4. Immediately solve and minimize customer- s complaint.
5. Complete necessary reports on weekly basis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in hospitality or any field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in resident manager/general manager in hospitality business.
3. Love to service customers and develop people.
4. Positive thinking
5. Computer literacy: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), Comanche etc.
6. Good English communication: both verbal and written.
7. Able to respond business policy and requirements at all times.
8. Able to work at Khaoyai - Nakornratchasima province, 6 days/week.
