Painter [ช่างทาสี]

1. At least High school diploma
2. Knowledgeable in painting, both internal and external area
3. Ability to communicate basic English
4. Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills

Will be responsible for applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and other structures of the property
