Oversee Operator department, coordinate installation and maintenance of new and existing telecommunications equipment to maintain a standards of telephone service. It is the responsibilities to train, motivate and manage the operator team. A high level of responsibility for Guest Response rests on this individual because of the impact that operator has on the service index and the ultimate effect on the overall guest satisfaction and intent to return. Operator Supervisor will ensure that each associate has sufficient resources to perform his or her job well and constantly seek to improve the methods to meet the guests? needs.
