- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, journalism, public relations, English or related field.
- Min 3 years hotel experience or in a similar field.
- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep Knowledge of Marketing, Branding and communication principles.
- Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Experience with social media management.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A global mindset and approach.
- The ability to understand and interpret global trends.

Media
- Set up a communication plan
- Draft and distribute Press releases
- Develop the media contact database
- Work closely with influencers
- Organize Fam Trip
- Handle offline exposure (magazine, etc.)
- Provide monthly Media clipping
Social Media content and communication
- Create social media calendar and schedule post based on selected topics for each month
- Write and post the social media content
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Loyalty Manager to set the paid social media strategy
Creation of content
- Write and supervise the content (in English) displayed on the website and app (hotel page, offer page, online campaigns, etc.)
- Write content for the Sales department (on demand)
- Coordinate the translation of English content into local languages
- Ensure the offline and online content is proofread for error-free content
Internal e-newsletter
- Coordinate with all departments to create a monthly BW e-newsletter to be sent to hotels and Regional offices
Hotels website
- Oversee the hotels- website content
Brand visuals
- Ensure the visuals (hotels photography, images used to push the brand) are aligned with the brand standard
Communication guidelines
- Provide guidelines on how to communicate and reply to reviews, guests requests, etc.
Awards
- Collect and communicate about Awards received
Reporting
- Provide regular report activity to the reg. Director of Marketing
- Set up a communication plan
