*Male/Female at age 35 yrs and above *Bachelor degree in MARCOM or reletaed fields At Least 10 Years of Market / Product or *Business Development with minimum of 3-5 years of experiences in managing or leading team *Ability to lead across a variety of cultures would be highly regarded *Excellent leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills *Excellent command of both written and spoken English *Excellent in marketing & business development, negotiation & communication skills and leadership management *Excellent organizational and time management skills
