Duty of day to day development management activities (Engineer or Architect prefer)
Documentation & Records Management
1. Manage and maintain project documentation filing system
2. Documentation and distribution of meeting records
Building Design Management
3. Design coordination work among technical consultants, operation teams, design consultants and suppliers.
4. Review design to ensure compliances to development objective and operation requirements.
Procurement Management
5. Assist with preparation of Request for Proposal document.
6. Project contractual documentation work such as contract, Letter of Intent, Purchase Order.
7. Project procurement coordination to obtain quotation, evaluation and recommendation.
8. Project payment administrative work for payments to design consultants, contractors, suppliers upon approval by the project director.
Program Management
9. Review program of consultant and construction team against approved program.
Financial Management
10. Assist with monitoring of consultant monthly fee claims against fee allocation.
Change Management
11. Assist with work flow processing of all changes to scope and details of development.
Risk Management
12. Coordinate with PM/CM team to ensure risk register is up to date.
