Assistant General Manager (Bangkok)

- Thai Nationality
- Age 36-39 years old
- Have experience up 2 years in the hotel field.
- Have minimum 2 years experience of Front Office Manager /or more than 2 years experience of General Manager.
- Experience in Hospitality, with supervisory or management experience preferred
- Good command of Microsoft programs including Word, PowerPoint & excel.
- Able to prioritize and possess excellent time management, decision-making, strong leadership and most importantly teamwork
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), administrative and organization skills.
- Proven ability as a flexible and adaptable person
- Good command in Thai and English both written and spoken
- Ability to multi task, work, be organized, and perform under pressure
- Ability to maintain proper attitude and ethic towards all guests and employees
- Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals. Provide coaching, advice and assistance to ensure peak performance from all team members.

- supporting to the General Manager for over-seeing all aspects of day-to-day hostel operations including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations.
- The Assistant Hostel General Manager oversees all human resources operations including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- The Assistant Hostel General Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
