- Oversee daily operations of the spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and recreational facilities
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement spa, wellness, and recreational programs
- Manage, train, and supervise staff including therapists, fitness trainers, and recreation attendants
- Monitor departmental budget, revenue, and expenses
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all facilities
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Sports Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in spa, fitness, or recreation management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of spa, wellness, fitness, and recreational operations
- Good command of English
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
