Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager

- Good knowledge in Food & Beverage.
- English level: Good communication with English or pre-advanced
- At least 2 years related experience on supervisory position in Five Star Hotel or restaurant
- Well-organized with strong attention to details
- Able to work under pressure, and flexible of working schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant

- Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet.
- Work with the Outlet Manager to take corrective actions where necessary.
- Overseeing the daily operations of a bar, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory and supplies.
- Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
- Evaluates local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel- s operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
