A floor supervisor, or floor manager, generally works in factories or hospitality or retail establishments. They ensure customers and guests receive high-quality service by maintaining cleanliness around the premises. They also coordinate with other managers to oversee staff, delegate tasks, and ensure accurate workflow by training staff members.
