Setting up and recruiting a successful and dynamic sales team, mobile and digitally oriented. Develop and implement the hotel pre- opening business plan and long terms sales strategy (Rooms and Food & Beverage). Maintain a professional and transparent relationship with team members and peers.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role in luxury segment. Proven track records into luxury leisure market with a strong understanding of domestic and Asian travel trends. Pre-opening and boutique hotel experience will definitely be a plus A natural leader with a vision and the ability to walk the talk with a dynamic sales team. Good command of written and spoken English. Able to communicate in Thai language
