Commis III (Sarnies Cantina)

- Prepare, cook, and present food efficiently and quickly.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef, Manager and Front of House Team to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Administer, inspect and control stocks and inventory to minimise wastage and pilferage.
- Oversee and facilitate preparation of menu for any events as and when required.
- Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.
- Training and development of new and existing staff.
- Interact with management, operations manager, co-workers, members and public to encourage a team effort and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
