คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

? Proven experience working in Japanese restaurants, especially with innovative or progressive dining models. ? Strong ability to develop creative and unique menus or products. ? In-depth knowledge of food science for recipe development and quality enhancement. ? Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team effectively. ? Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high culinary standards. ? Expertise in inventory management and controlling food costs efficiently.
