Purchasing Supervisor

- Have experience in purchasing for restaurants or hotels
- Know the purchasing system, have good negotiation skills
- Have flexibility, good attitude
- Have data analysis skills, calculate costs, profits, products and raw materials
- Have skills in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Canva)

- Make a list of inventory and prepare for purchase if the stock runs out
- Collect purchase orders from each department and compare them to find the manufacturer with the best price and quality
- Assist in setting up the organization's purchasing policy
- Act as a contact and coordination representative for the organization and the manufacturer
- Proceed with purchasing after selecting the manufacturer with the most suitable price and follow up on the purchase process to ensure a smooth process
- Create a strategy to reduce costs and look for channels to purchase products at reasonable prices
- Prepare purchasing reports and present them to executives or relevant persons
