- Help greet guests at the checkpoint and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Present the itinerary and set expectations clearly and enthusiastically
- Act as the primary guest relations contact onboard, ensuring all guests are comfortable and enjoying themselves
- Conduct daily crew briefings to align on passenger numbers, VIPs, and entertainment plans
- Oversee cleanliness of the yacht and ensure food and beverages (complimentary and a la carte) are prepared and served to high standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance to a checklist of service standards and select safety procedures
- Foster a lively onboard atmosphere, engaging guests, supporting entertainment, and encouraging social interaction
- Upsell premium food and beverage offerings to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Collect guest feedback post-journey and work with the team to implement improvements
- Work with owner or owner representatives ( Bangkok office ) to improve customer journey by creating tailored experiences onboard relating to food, beverage, music to create product USP
- Help propose or discuss with local marketing team and Bangkok marketing team to build brand value
- Help collect and manage customer reviews. Will require monthly customer review discussion
- Help find promoters / influencers locally

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or cruise/yachting services is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent or near fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Youthful and energetic personality with a flair for engaging guests and creating memorable experiences
