The Sales Manager ? Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure sales accounts, including travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, to maximize room revenue and market share. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing strategies that drive growth in the leisure segment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
* Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
* Minimum 3?5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the leisure or travel trade segment.
* Proven record of achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong knowledge of travel distribution channels, both offline and online.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Commanche, Opera, Delphi, or similar).
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
