Finance Manager - Upcoming Hotel in Khon Kaen

-Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
-Assists with implementing and maintaining appropriate financial controls in all departments as needed.
-Compiles, in conjunction with the General Manager and department heads, all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the hotel and the maintenance of all budget control procedures.
-Takes a responsibility for credit card authorization procedures and systems.
-Reviews daily reports and income audit.
-Takes a responsibility for financial control systems.
-Takes a responsibility for completing financial reviews.
-Takes a responsibility for control of guest checks, banquet checks, and promotion checks.
-Insures reporting of all sales and revenues.
-Maintains all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial
-Maintains proper register procedures and systems.
-Minimizes investment in inventories.
-Minimizes outstanding receivables.
-Performs timely profitability evaluations and audits of all departments.
-Other tasks assigned by management to team members may be allocated or designated to other departments or areas of the hotel for different duties.
