Proactively partner with senior management to develop and promote human resources policies and procedures in line with best practices and business needs.
Provide human resources strategies, plans, policies, etc., for the company based on the requirements of the company and its objectives. Put together the human resources strategy for the overall business.
Provide human resources strategic positioning towards, recruitment, career path development, succession planning, retention and development of staff.
Develop performance appraisals based on pay by performance and human resources competency models.
Translate human resources strategy into actionable programmes, operations and activities.
Be responsible and accountable for the creation and management of the human resources budget.
Initiate, plan, lead and manage the human resources function, covering all activities, including monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all policies and processes.
Recommend and implement appropriate IT solutions to support Human Resources Department activities.
Provide benchmarking reports against related industries for measurable Human Resources Department activities, e.g., attrition rates, salary bands, etc.
Plan and develop industrial, labour and public relation policies designed to improve company image and relations with customers, employees and the public.
Manage, coach and effectively develop Human Resources Department team.

BSc/BA in Human Resources, Psychology or Organization Development preferred
At least 8 yrs of experience in human resources management, learning or organizational development for operations in a large organizational and/or functional business unit.
