Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members? skills and product knowledge.
Market Analysis and Insights
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for enhancing service offerings and pricing strategies.
Customer Feedback and Retention
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the spa?s services and client experience.
Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to retain existing clients.
