- At least 3-5 years working experience in the finance department in a Management role.
- A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and forecasting is essential.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, and coaching skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain complex financial information.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed business decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software applications is required.

- Possesses overall responsibility for accounting department administration.
- Develop and manage budgets for various departments within the hotel.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and revenues & expenses reporting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with operational objectives.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and government agencies.
- Train and supervise finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality sector.
