- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and sales calls.
- Negotiate rates, promotions, and contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Manage existing leisure accounts and ensure high levels of engagement and cooperation.
- Monitor account production, performance, and trends to ensure targets are achieved.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities with key partners.
- Address client needs promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to analyze market trends, booking pace, and competitor performance.
- Recommend rate strategies and promotional offers for the leisure segment.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market updates, and performance reports.
- Monitor demand periods and adjust sales activities accordingly.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Participate in networking events to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns supporting leisure business.
- Ensure seamless communication with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate group bookings and ensure smooth arrival experience for leisure guests.
