- 7-10 years progressive leadership experience in large-scale hotel operations.
- Track record supporting operational transformation, system upgrades, or repositioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; relevant advanced certifications are valued.
- Fluency in Thai and English (mandatory), position open to expatriate candidates.
- Hands-on, resilient, innovative, and passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, service standards, financial reporting, and compliance across all functions.
- Lead change management and support the rollout of upgraded PMS, POS, HR/payroll, and reporting systems.
- Foster a culture of excellence, commercial focus, and guest-centricity.
- Mentor your team for high performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and safety throughout the transformation.
