Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain efficient office operations, including IT coordination, filing, printing, equipment support and receiving company's order delivery.
2. Manage office supplies and stationery: monitor inventory, handle purchasing, control stock, work with vendors including all hotel's supply that order from Bangkok.
3. Process procurement tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and supplier coordination; prepare related reports.
5. Support accountant division to manage document, filing, mailing etc.
4. Handle reception duties: answer calls, welcome visitors, and manage mail distribution.
5. Support company events, meetings, and visitor arrangements, including logistics, accommodation arrangements, and preparation of materials.
6. Oversee housekeeping and facility service contracts to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
7. Manage staff travel logistics and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Provide administrative support for HR activities and back-office operations.
9. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and provide general support as needed.
10. Perform other human resources or administrative tasks assigned by Managing Director.
