Financial Controller

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. 5 - 8 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least one year in an Financial Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
3. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.

Responsible for managing all operations of the Finance and Accounting department in the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely financial and management reporting. Develops and implements internal control policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability, in close collaboration with the General Manager.
