Operations Manager

- Minimum 5 years? experience in senior leadership within luxury hospitality
- Familiarity with Thai culture and labour regulations is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Thai language skills are a plus
- This position is available for Expats only

- Lead overall hotel operations and ensure brand and service excellence
- Drive revenue performance, budgeting, cost control, and financial results
- Oversee all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security, and collaborate closely with the F&B Manager to plan and achieve the F&B targets
- Uphold high service standards, manage guest feedback and online reviews
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
