- Experienced in maintenance work in hotels or buildings.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, or building systems.
- Hardworking, patient, and responsible.
- Able to work shifts.
- Candidates with technical certifications or licenses will be considered a plus.

- Responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of hotel systems and equipment.
- Resolve general maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, or building systems problems.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance checks on various systems.
- Receive repair requests from various departments and carry out the necessary repairs.
- Ensure workplace safety and report any problems encountered.
