- Control and analyze food and beverage costs.
- Verify the receipt and issuance of raw materials, stock, and usage in the F&B department.
- Prepare cost reports, summaries, and analysis of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, purchasing, and warehouse departments.
- Control the inventory system and conduct stock counts.
- Ensure operations comply with accounting policies and internal controls.
