- Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies, generate leads, conduct venue tours, and close deals for banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, understand client needs, draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with Chefs / F&B team, operations, and decor teams to plan layouts, staffing, menus, and special requests, ensuring smooth event management and execution.
- Financial Management: Achieve revenue targets and manage event budgets for profitability.
- Team Leadership: Supervise related team staff, provide training, and ensure high service standards.
- Operational Oversight: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), monitor event setup, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- Monitor and manage market intelligence of industry competition and trends.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience?in Banqueting / Wedding / Corporate Group sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Banquet sales management.
- Fluent in English is required.
