- Experience in bar operations or the food and beverage industry

- Strong leadership skills.

- Knowledge of beverages and understanding of service standards

- Good communication skills with the ability to handle issues and solve problems on the spot

- Service-minded with the ability to work in shifts

To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet?s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.
