LN Garden Hotel 368 Huan Shi Lu Guangzhou, China is looking for Guest Sales & Relations Officer (1 year contract)
Primary Responsibilities:
The Guest Sales & Relations Officer maintains client relationships while assisting in marketing campaigns to promote hotel offerings (rooms, F&B, events). Enhances guest satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service and targeted promotions, with regular reporting on feedback and marketing metrics.
- VIP Care : Host VIPs/Repeat Guests, analyze preferences, and deliver tailored experiences.
- Marketing Support: Implement digital campaigns (email, social media) and promotions.
- Guest Relations : Professionally address guests' issues and concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and record and report the information to the supervisor.
- Data Management: Maintain CRM records and track spending patterns.
- Collaboration: Partner with Front Office and F&B for campaigns.
- Resolve routine complaints per SOPs.
- Recommend marketing improvements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai National
- Education: College degree or above, major in Hotel Management or Marketing preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficient in hotel service procedures and basic marketing skills.
- Experience: 1+ years in guest service or CRM at five-star hotels; marketing exposure is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Thai and English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Proactive, market sensitive, and customer centric mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in Thai and English with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: College degree or above, major in Hotel Management or Marketing preferred.

Compensation
- Monthly salary equivalent to USD 1,000?1,500, personal income tax fully covered by the hotel.

- Laundry service provided with a monthly limit.
Meals:
- Three (3) meals per day provided at designated hotel outlets and/or staff canteen.

- Medical and insurance coverage provided by the hotel.
Travel:
- One-way airfare to the hotel provided for the successful candidate.
- Repatriation airfare provided upon completion of contract, subject to satisfactory performance and contract terms.
