Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in hotel and hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development and Associate Relations
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong event and activity planning skills and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
- Good command of English and local language
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Position: HR Executive - Learning & Development Support and Associate Relation & Activity
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Location : Three Ascott properties at Sathorn area
Job Purpose:
To support Learning & Development initiatives and foster positive associate relations and activities by coordinating training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives that enhance performance, culture, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Coordinate learning and development programs across three hotels
- Organize orientation programs, brand culture training, and mandatory trainings
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training hours tracking
- Support Department Heads in identifying training needs
- Assist in performance management and development planning processes
- Coordinate internal trainers, external vendors, and training logistics
Associate Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a key contact point for associates on HR-related matters
- Support handling of employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and counseling
- Organize associate engagement activities (town halls, staff events, CSR, celebrations)
- Promote a positive working environment and strong service culture
- Conduct engagement surveys and assist in action plan follow-up
Associate Activities & Welfare:
- Plan and execute associate activities across three hotels (sports day, staff party, recognition programs)
- Manage associate communication channels (notice boards, internal platforms)
- Support associate welfare programs and benefits administration
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate associate records related to training and engagement
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor laws
- Support HR audits and prepare related documentation
Reporting & HR Projects:
- Prepare HR reports on training, engagement, and associate relations
- Support cluster HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects
