- Ability to lead and collaborate with finance team members and other departments effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and improve processes.

- Preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets to ensure accurate representation of the organization's financial position.
- Supporting the budgeting process by collecting data, analyzing trends, and preparing budget proposals for various departments.
- Conducting financial analyses, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis, to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections, and managing relationships with vendors and customers.
- Preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling operating expenses to ensure they remain within budgetary limits, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervising finance staff, providing training and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment to enhance team performance.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies, and staying updated on changes in legislation that may affect the organization.
- Working closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance, facilitating effective communication regarding financial matters.
- Preparing ad hoc reports and analyses as required by senior management or other departments to support strategic decision-making.
