2.Experience with Opera, Micros, or hotel systems is an advantage.
3.Good communication and customer service skills.
4.Good command of English.
5.Positive attitude, well-groomed, and able to work in shifts.
1.Answer and handle all incoming calls professionally using proper telephone etiquette.
2.Process room, restaurant, and service reservations through Opera and Micros systems.
3.Coordinate and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
4.Upsell hotel services and amenities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
5.Provide hotel and local information, concierge services, and assist with special requests.
6.Handle guest messages, complaints, and phone charge disputes.
7.Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and support all departments as needed.
