Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience, with a strong focus on government accounts.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of local and regional government procurement processes.
Proficient in hotel sales systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).
Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Summary - Role Overview

The Cluster Assistant Sales Manager - Leisure is responsible for supporting the development,
acquisition, and retention of Leisure accounts across all properties within Nu Chapter Hotels (The
Regent Cha Am Beach Resort, Regent Chalet Hua Hin, and VALA Hua Hin). This role contributes
significantly to achieving the clusters Leisure segment revenue goals by assisting in the execution of
strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and proactively driving sales activities across
multiple properties.
The position is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional who can support business
growth in a multi-property environment while collaborating closely with the Cluster Director of Sales
and property-based sales teams.
Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Strategy
o Support in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed Leisure
segment revenue and room night targets for all cluster properties.
o Assist in monitoring monthly performance against budget and recommend corrective actions
as necessary.
o Identify new Leisure business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and
market research.
o Provide market insights, competitor updates, and performance feedback to strengthen the
clusters overall sales strategy.
Client Relationship Management
o Maintain and expand relationships with key Leisure clients, including travel agents, tour
operators, and online partners.
o Conduct regular sales visits, client meetings, and account reviews to reinforce partnerships and
ensure client satisfaction.
o Assist in negotiations, contracting, and rate agreements for assigned accounts.
Job Description
Sales Operations
o Execute proactive sales activities such as sales calls, telemarketing, and email campaigns
targeting Leisure accounts.
o Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and hotel visits across all cluster properties.
o Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to assist in creating tailored proposals,
promotions, and Leisure packages.
Team Collaboration
o Work closely with property-based sales teams to ensure consistent alignment with brand
standards and service delivery.
o Support the Cluster Director of Sales in guiding and coordinating with Cluster Sales Executives
or Coordinators when required.
o Contribute to fostering teamwork and maintaining alignment of goals across all cluster hotels.
Reporting & Administration
o Maintain accurate and updated client information and sales activity logs in the CRM system.
o Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and account
performance analyses.
o Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
Representation & Networking
o Represent the cluster at tourism trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and client events to
enhance brand exposure in the Leisure market.
o Participate actively in internal sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to support
continuous improvement.
