Team Leader, F&B Pool

- Vocational Certificate or Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

- At least 2?3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service; prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an advantage.

- Skills in beverage preparation and basic bar knowledge.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage a team and handle operational issues effectively.

- Knowledge of food hygiene and food & beverage safety standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including public holidays.

- Good command of English.

- Supervise and ensure food and beverage service at the pool area meets established standards.

- Welcome, assist, and professionally handle guest inquiries and concerns.

- Prepare and mix beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.

- Monitor cleanliness, ensure equipment readiness, and control inventory stock.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and related departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Verify bills and oversee daily closing and cash reconciliation.
