The Sales Executive - Corporate / Travel Agent is responsible for developing and managing corporate and travel agent accounts to drive room revenue and maximize market penetration. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, executing sales strategies, and representing the hotel in a competitive luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with corporate clients or travel agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue revenue growth in assigned segments.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms in line with the hotel?s revenue and brand strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Reservations, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates as required.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Proven experience handling Corporate and/or Travel Agent segments with an established client network.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
