- Responsible for the setup of daily operations of the spa reception and relaxation areas according to PA?PURI standards.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely, courteous manner according to PA?PURI standards.
- Make, reconfirm and verify guest reservations on all reservation channels, including phone email, and other reservation/ messaging platforms.
- Manage guest reservations through PANPURI and/or hotel reservation systems as necessary, ensuring all required information are complete and updated.
- Manage spa reservations to ensure maximum yield and staff/room productivity.
- Advise team members of last minute changes or additions to schedule and resolve scheduling situations as needed.
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area, relaxation area, and spa concentrating on front of house areas.
- At the start of each shift, complete a walk around of the entire spa facililty, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness as per PA?PURI standards
- Ensure warm welcome and smooth, efficient check-in of all guests
- Prepare and replace towels and amenities in the spa common areas (included wet areas) as needed.
- Ensure the spa reaches its revenue goals by offering appropriate products and services to guests, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure retail is offered appropriately to the guests and the retail area is set up and stocked appropriately as per PA?PURI standards.
- Knowledgable on spa treatments and products, as well as wellness lifestyle.
- Ensure smooth, efficient and correct billing and departure of all guests.
- Ensure guest feedback and comments are encouraged and channeled to appropriate parties for further follow-up as necessary.
- Upkeep the PA?PURI standards of service and operation, ensuring that performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Attend meetings, trainings and company events as required.
- Create and maintain necessary reports and send to spa management team in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with staff team and hotel team
- Depending on your previous experience and natural ability, perform spa treatment services for guests during peak period or last minute scheduling conflicts

- High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels, spas or health clubs with proven references.
- Technical skills include MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Spa/hotel reservation system.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Chinese or Japanese a plus.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Updated with the latest trends in wellness.
- Pleasant and positive attitude with a professional and friendly image to guests and colleague.
