1.Oversee the maintenance of a systematic HR filing system and employee records.
2.Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening candidates and organizing interviews for rank-and-file positions.
3.Manage employee benefits and statutory requirements (Social Security, Provident Fund, etc.).
4.Monitor and update employee attendance, leave records, and data for payroll processing.
5.Ensure all HR communication channels, such as employee notice boards, are updated with current information and promotions.
6.Conduct initial exit interviews and analyze turnover trends for rank-and-file staff.
Training & Development Functions
7.Coordinate and conduct the New Employee Orientation program to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
8.Maintain an accurate Training Track Record for all employees to comply with statutory and company standards.
9.Assist in identifying training needs across departments and support the development of annual training plans.
10.Organize and facilitate internal training sessions, workshops, and cross-training programs.
11.Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics (venues, materials, and equipment).
12.Prepare monthly training reports and monitor the training budget.
Employee Relations & General
13.Assist in organizing employee activities, outings, and staff recognition programs to boost morale.
14.Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, educational institutions, and government labor offices.
15.Act as a liaison between management and employees to handle basic HR inquiries.

1.Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Humanities, or any related field.
2.2?3 years of experience in HR and/or Training functions.
3.Knowledge of Labor Law and basic HR practices is an advantage.
4.Proven track record in a supervisory role or as a senior coordinator.
5.Good communication skills in Thai (English is an advantage).
6.Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
7.Service-minded with positive attitude toward employee interaction.
8.Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
9.Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
