Executive Assistant to the Managing Director & Vice President of Finance
(Luxury Hotel & Manufacturing Group)
Work location: Head Office, Silom, Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director / VP Finance, including complex calendar management across both hospitality and manufacturing operations.
-Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and executive engagements.
-Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
-Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
2. Strategic & Operational Coordination
-Assist in monitoring and tracking strategic initiatives across both the luxury hotel operation and manufacturing business.
3. Financial & Business Support
-Compile financial data, operational KPIs, and business insights for executive review.
-Support coordination with accounting teams, auditors, and finance managers in the manufacturing operation.
4. Hospitality & Corporate Coordination
-Support the Managing Director in coordinating luxury hotel operational meetings, ownership briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
-Assist with VIP visits, investor meetings, and key corporate events.
5. Meeting & Project Management
-Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking to ensure timely follow-up.
6. Liaison & Communication
-Act as a key liaison between the executive office and internal teams, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
-Draft professional communications and reports on behalf of the Managing Director / VP Finance.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
-Experience in hospitality, corporate finance, or multinational business environments is highly preferred.

-Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Strong business and financial awareness.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities across different industries.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentations, and reporting tools.
-Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.
