- Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance during arrival, stay, and departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Monitor guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, and direct comments to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special occasions, and VIP profiles.
- Conduct regular lobby presence to engage with guests and ensure service excellence.
- Assist in arranging special requests such as celebrations, transportation, and local recommendations.
- Ensure all guest relations services meet the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Support loyalty programs and promote hotel facilities and services to guests.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and service recovery abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service in a luxury hotel.
