Full-time Pastry Trainer & Sales Executive - Ingredients

Role Overview
This is a full-time Bakery Training Specialist with a role focused on bakery and pastry ingredients.
You will manage key accounts bakeries, develop new relationship, and recommend suitable ingredient solutions based on customer production requirements and performance standards helping them to execute the recipes.
The role requires a soft sales and relationship skills combined with understanding of bakery applications in structured production environments.


Key Responsibilities
- Managing bakery training to key accounts or new accounts (bakeries, pastry chains, cafes, and medium to large-scale producers). In this role you will be assisted by the Sales Manager.
- Develop new customers recipes and expand market presence within the B2B professional bakery line
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts
- Understand customer production systems and recommend suitable ingredients based on volume, consistency, and performance requirements (under the support of the Sales Manager)
- Follow up on customer projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
