Mission

As a Welcome & Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in delivering a warm, friendly, and seamless guest experience. You ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and stay coordination while embodying Club Med?s service culture.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and enthusiasm
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Provide accurate information about resort facilities, activities, and services
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with care and responsiveness
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and activities teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
Monitor room readiness and allocation
Assist in organizing guest arrivals, departures, and transfers
Ensure all guest records and data are correctly updated in the system
Service Excellence
Anticipate guest needs and personalize services
Promote Club Med services, activities, and events
Maintain high standards of grooming and professional behavior
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
