- Group Inventory Management: Oversee all group booking requests, monitor allotments, and ensure accuracy in the system to prevent overbooking.
- Revenue Optimization: Work closely with the Director of Revenue to implement pricing strategies and maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on group wash, pickup, and future booking pace.
- Quality Control: Ensure the team follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry, billing, and guest communication.
- Team Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team?s technical skills and service standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree or higher
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel or service industry at supervisory level
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Ability to communicate professionally with international clients and partners.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Strong ability to analyze booking trends, forecast occupancy, and prepare detailed reports for the management team.
- Opera software is advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel or service industry at supervisory level
